In February 2022, Amy Hooper-Travers and partner Roscoe Beanland purchased Whinbury Hill Equestrian Centre, 485 Forest Road, Moriac VIC.

To our many regulars, Amy is a very familiar face at Whinbury Hill where she has been instructing riders of all ages and skill levels for close to 8 years. Amy grew up in the local area and has been involved with horses for 30 years. Her work also included instructing at various Whinbury Hill horse clinics especially the everpopular School Holiday Horse Camps. On various occasions over the yearsboth Amy and Roscoe have undertaken managing the Whinbury Hill property while former owner Gill was travelling.

Our services include Riding lessons, Horse Share Program and Agistment.

The riding school caters for both riders who have their own horse and also for those who do not currently own their own horse. We have 11 school horses on which our Instructors give lessons to our clients.

We pride ourselves on the care and training of our school horses and they look forward to their work and are always happy to meet new riders.

We have horses suitable to many different levels of riding and Instructors that cater for all riding abilities and schedules.

We offer camps during the school holidays for Intensive learning where you can bring your own horse or we can provide one.

Lessons run all year round with the exception of some public holidays.
